Dr. Shokeen went to the University of California, Los Angeles as an undergraduate and graduated with a major in psychobiology with an interest in Biochemistry. She received her medical education on the east coast at the prestigious Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia, PA. Due to her leadership and scholarly excellence throughout medical school, she was awarded a research opportunity as a Dermatology pre-doctoral research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania during her first and second year of medical school. Her leadership skills led her to be the Northeast Regional Director of the American Medical Student Association, where she worked towards universal health care laws.

Dr. Shokeen completed her internship in internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine, and returned to the east coast at the University of Florida. She was one of two to be elected as a National Cutis Resident Recipient, writing two quarterly articles for the national journal as well as the winner of the “Top 10 Resident Presentations” award at the Cosmetic surgery forum. Furthermore, in her last year of residency, Dr. Shokeen organized and led resident and medical student lectures and didactics.

Dr. Shokeen is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), and Women’s Dermatology Society ( WDS). She has authored multiple publications in top peer-reviewed dermatology and dermatologic surgery journals and has been invited to speak and present her research at several national medical conferences.

Dr. Raj Khalsa is a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist who specializes in minimally invasive image-guided procedures (MIIPs), with a focus on the treatment of arterial and venous disease. He is a California native, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Dr. Khalsa completed his medical school, General Surgery internship, and Radiology residency training at the University of California, Irvine, where he served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Resident of the Year award as well as the Radiological Society of North America Resident Research Award. He completed his fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the world-renowned Dotter Interventional Institute.

Dr. Khalsa has authored several peer-reviewed publications and given presentations in the field of minimally invasive therapies. He has been awarded grants in academic development and research and has led multiple medical device development projects. He has a keen interest in medical technologies and minimally invasive therapies and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in state-of-the-art venous procedures for the lower extremities to Ocean Skin and Vein Institute.

Dr. Tang is a board-certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist who grew up in Southern California. She attended Brown University in Rhode Island for her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Brown’s Warren Alpert School of Medicine as a graduate of the Program in Liberal Medical Education, an eight-year combined baccalaureate-MD course of study.

She completed her dermatology residency in New York City at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel-St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, including specialty training in treating skin of color. After residency, she finished an intensive 1-year fellowship program in Mohs surgery and facial reconstruction at Mt. Sinai and was invited to be a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery.

After her training was completed, Dr. Tang joined the faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where she was appointed Director of the Mohs Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology Unit. Dr. Tang was also the Assistant Program Director for the Dermatology Residency Program, where she was responsible for mentoring and teaching dermatology physician-trainees.

Additionally, Dr. Tang has been active in research and academic medicine, authoring multiple journal articles, winning a large digital technology DELTA grant to improve dermatology education, writing book chapters, and speaking at several national medical conferences. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Tang brings a joyful and personalized approach to practicing the art of dermatology. She offers a full spectrum of dermatologic services and expertise: general medical dermatology, surgical and non-surgical care of skin cancers, cosmetic dermatology, and hair restoration.

Her patient-centered aesthetic philosophy includes creating a highly customized plan for each patient and using results-proven products, treatments, and devices. This approach integrates powerful topical skincare to prevent and protect on a daily basis, neurotoxins to relax and prevent wrinkles, lasers/peels/micro-needling for textural improvement, and fillers for 3-D volume restoration to enhance her patient's natural beauty and bring out their most beautiful selves.

Outside of work, her passions include travel, trying new plant-based recipes, sleuthing the latest sun-protective gear, practicing yoga, skiing, freediving and spearfishing, and anything involving the enjoyment of the great outdoors.

Dr. Anh-Dao Le is a board-certified specialist who has received extensive training in the latest cutting-edge procedures in cosmetic, Mohs, and medical Dermatology. She is committed to providing the utmost dermatological care to her patients.

Dr. Le has been practicing in Southern California since 2003. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine internship in 1995 at the University of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, then went on to complete her Dermatology Residency in 1998 at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals, where she also served as a chief resident in her last year while completing her training in general and cosmetic dermatology and skin cancer surgery. She was awarded the Orange Bowl Committee Scholar-Athlete Scholarship and started her college education at Duke University and finished with Magna Cum Laude Honors at the University of Miami in 1990.

She is especially skilled with lasers for ethnic skin and cosmetic procedures with injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, and Voluma.

Dr. AnhDao Le is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Orange County Dermatologic Society, and the International Society for AntiAging Medicine.

Dr. Kalaria is a Southern California native and board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery). She is well-known for her surgical skills, taking pride in her work, and having the highest standards when it comes to patient care. She is very detail-oriented and makes sure her results are nothing short of incredible.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with a BS in Applied Mathematics. She then graduated at the top of her medical school class at Penn State University followed by a rigorous 6 year integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). During her time in Houston, she performed over 3000 procedures. Additionally, she has donated her time to helping children with burns and clefts on surgical mission trips to Mexico and El Salvador. Dr. Kalaria has contributed to the field of Plastic Surgery through research, speaking at both national and international meetings, and publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has served as the Director of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Assistant Professor, and Associate Program Director at UTMB and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Dr. Kalaria has a passion for performing local anesthesia procedures (blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, brow lift, scar revision, labiaplasty, Botox, and fillers) as well as breast augmentation, breast lift/reduction, tummy tuck, facelift/necklift, rhinoplasty, and mommy makeovers.

Dr. Chelsea Fidai is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon. As a graduate of a prestigious post-residency advanced laser and cosmetic training program, Dr. Fidai takes a unique approach to skin health and natural beauty. Her expertly curated treatment plans comprise in-office procedures to restore skin health as well as skin care routines to maintain youthful skin. After receiving her medical degree from Tulane University, graduating with distinction and election into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, she completed a comprehensive dermatology residency program at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan. She then completed a prestigious dual fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York with the world-renowned expert Dr. Roy G. Geronemus.

Beyond treating skin disease, Dr. Fidai enjoys spending time with her husband, an Orthopedic Spine surgeon who she met on the first day of medical school, and their two young daughters who make every day a new adventure.
